This retreat is for you if...
You're still the ceiling
You've built a good business, and you are still the reason it works. Every key decision, every key relationship, every key moment: you. You know this has to change.
You've outgrown the typical advice
20+ team members. $2M+ revenue. Generic coaching doesn't land anymore. You need a framework built for founders at the stage where leadership architecture is the work.
You want legacy, not just liquidity
You're building something that endures, that serves your people, your community, and your vision long after you step back from the centre of it.
What founders say
We needed to put strategy on auto-pilot and get me completely hands off the business. All strategy meetings now just happen and actions are followed up. Essential for any owner spending 60 hours a week managing their business.
We tried to build a healthy organisation for 10 years but struggled to put in place the culture, systems, and structure. The Adapt framework addressed the problem, delivering significant benefits for our business and 200 team members after only 12 months.
Way beyond anything I've read or seen. A whole philosophy for SMEs towards succession planning and building a resilient business, with resilient teams clear on their purpose.
Secure your place
2026 cohorts are capped at 20 founders. Register your interest below and we'll confirm availability and next steps.
The biggest asset for me is I can do less work in the business.
I have never seen another business operating system focused on founders and owners being on the business.
Retreat Questions
What founders ask
Founders who have already built something real, typically 20+ team members and $2M+ in revenue, who are still the ceiling of their own business. If every key decision, key relationship, and key moment runs through you, this retreat gives you the framework to change that. Early-stage founders and those looking for generic business coaching will find a better fit elsewhere.
The two-day retreat delivers the complete Succession Thinking® framework through facilitated sessions and peer learning. Participants work through role clarity, leadership architecture, the Business Way, and the Return on Vision mindset. The cohort format, capped at 20 founders, means peer insight from people building at the same stage is built into the process. Facilitated by Bill Withers, participants leave with a personalised approach to building a business that runs without them. 2026 cohorts run in July and August at Noble River Estate.
The retreat is held at Noble River Estate, a premium venue chosen for its focus and hospitality. The $5,000 all-inclusive investment covers two full days of facilitated framework delivery, all meals, accommodation, and materials. The cohort is capped at 20 founders to keep peer learning meaningful. 2026 cohorts run in July and August.
The one-on-one Succession Thinking® engagement is a $20,000 program tailored entirely to your business. The retreat delivers the same full framework over two immersive days, in a cohort of up to 20 founders. You get Bill's facilitation, peer learning from founders at a similar stage, and the complete methodology, at a fraction of the cost. The most efficient entry point to the framework.
Succession Thinking® is a framework for building a business that runs independently of its founder. What you do with that independence is your choice: stay and grow, step back from day-to-day operations, or eventually sell. But a business that can't function without you has no real succession options regardless of intent. The framework creates the independence first. The rest is up to you.
