List each owner. For each, write the roles they execute (e.g. Owner, Director, Organisation Leader, Team Leader: Sales, Technician: Delivery) and what percentage they own. The point is to make the overlap visible.
Role legend. Owner: capital and vision decision rights. Director: legal responsibilities for the licence to operate. Organisation Leader: strategy formation, culture, systemisation. Team Leader: leads a team. Technician: works on a team in a specific role.
