What do you value?
Your values are already in the business whether you have named them or not. The point of this activity is to make them explicit, so the rest of the leadership team can act in your absence without having to guess. Three to five is enough. More is decoration.

For each value, use a verb statement (e.g. "Maximise trust", "Build long"). Then describe what it looks like above the line (the behaviour you want to see) and what below-the-line behaviour is unacceptable.
